Policy to cancel a reservation:
If the reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, no charges will not apply.
If the reservation is canceled 13 or 7 days before arrival will be a charge equal to 30% of total
If the reservation is canceled within the last 6 days before arrival will be charged the full price of the reservation.
